Manage recurring tasks

“Warn at %” is how much of the period can pass before an unfinished task raises the banner at the top of the Dashboard — 75 on a weekly task due Friday starts warning partway through Thursday. Tick “Alerts” to add up to two fixed reminders as well, counted in days before the due date (0 = the morning it's due). Whichever comes first raises the banner, and it clears the moment the task is ticked off. Checklist steps tick independently and reset with the task, so a fortnightly service shows 3/5 done rather than just “not done”. An every-2-weeks task is due on its chosen weekday in the second week, so the whole fortnight is available to do it in. “Monthly (nth weekday)” is for things like collections on the first Thursday: pick the weekday and which one. A month with no fifth of that weekday falls back to the last one rather than skipping the month.
