DOODYDESK CRM · NOVEMBER 2026

Available this November

The CRM built for pet waste companies, by one that runs on it. Every yard, dog and gate code on record — proposals, e-signatures, invoicing, routing and campaigns — at a flat price that doesn't go up when you add a truck or hire a scooper.

Optional — and it means your account is set up before you log in for the first time.

One email when it opens. Nothing else, and no reselling your address — ever.

Don't want to wait to look at it? Open the demo workspace — a real two-truck company with a full book, routed and invoiced. No signup, nothing to cancel.

How DoodyDesk compares

The same price whether you run one truck or ten

A flat bill and a per-seat bill always cross somewhere, so here is where — using their own published rates. Standard at $99 is cheaper than Sweep&Go's Popular tier from your second person, cheaper than Time To Pet's Team plan from your fourth ($104 at four, $136 at six), and cheaper than DoTimely from about your tenth. Professional at $199 still comes in under Time To Pet at ten people and under DoTimely at twenty — and it is the tier with the commercial pipeline, proposals, commission and reputation in it, which none of them publish at any headcount.

What you are actually buying is a bill that stops moving: hire five scoopers for spring and DoodyDesk costs exactly what it cost in February, while a per-staff plan bills all five, every month, whether the season holds or not. Office logins are unlimited on both tiers — we do not sell you the right to hire. Time To Pet counts an office manager as an active staff member, and Jobber charges $29 a head.

Features you can only get with DoodyDesk CRM

Create proposals, e-sign contracts, & track sales rep commission

An HOA or property manager needs a branded proposal, a signature on it, and somebody chasing it — and whoever closed it needs paying. All four are in here, including commission held back until the contract has actually survived its first ninety days. The others schedule residential stops and stop there, which is fine until you want the 300-unit apartment complex.

An agent that answers the email — on whatever you already run

The DoodyDesk Agent reads your inbox and answers customers in your voice, and it works alongside most other CRMs — it lives in your email, not inside your software. Paired with DoodyDesk CRM it goes further than it can anywhere else: it looks the customer up mid-conversation, logs the activity against their record and drafts the invoice, with your approval on anything a customer sees.

Reviews, handled end to end

A review request goes out after a completed visit, and every new Google review comes back with a reply already drafted in your voice, waiting for you to approve it. None of the pet waste platforms above publishes either half of it. It runs in our own operation today and opens to new accounts in Q1 2027.

Competitor pricing taken from sweepandgo.com, timetopet.com and dotimely.com on 2 September 2026; the campaign, commission, pipeline and proposal rows re-checked against each company's site, help centre and release notes on 4 September 2026; Jobber's pricing and features from getjobber.com on 3 September 2026, quoted at their month-to-month rate to match ours. Prices and features change. Company names and logos are the property of their respective owners, shown here to identify them in a factual comparison.
